Following a first successful experience in the banking sector, Frédéric COTTALORDA worked for more than 8 years at the Service d’Information et de Contrôle sur les Circuits Financiers (SICCFIN), where he notably held the position of Deputy Director and was mainly in charge of legal files and international cooperation and subsequently joined a Monegasque law firm for 2 years before creating AURIGA LEGAL SERVICES.
Frédéric COTTALORDA also acts as an expert in the fight against economic crime for the Council of Europe and in international conferences. In addition, he runs the module dedicated to the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing and corruption within the framework of the Professional Certification of the Monegasque financial centre and participates in the MSc of Finance of the International University of Monaco.

Fabbretti
After having practiced for more than 10 years as a lawyer at Ernst & Young, more particularly in the fields of wealth engineering and international taxation, Hélène FABBRETTI held for 12 years the position of Head of the Finance Division at the Budget and Treasury Department of Monaco, where she was responsible for managing all issues concerning the Monegasque banking and financial sector as well as the files for the creation of structures active in the financial field.
